the great disadvantage of not having NYC's garment district and all of the places I go for crafty bits and pieces around the corner anymore.I decided to try and was determined to end up with some lovely pieces to wear. After some thought, and several trips to several stores for a variety of supplies, I got to work. Then I got carried away. Shell ring anyone?
